Steps to apply for a refund:


1. Contact us via email (contact@pandatrains.com), contact us through the website's online customer service, contact us via WhatsApp (+861821039323)

2. Send us your order number and request for a refund;

3. After receiving the refund request, we will follow up on the refund and modification rules to process the refund within 2 hours (working hours).



Refund Rules:


  1. No refund is allowed within 4 hours before the departure time.
  2. For refunds applied between 4 to 24 hours before the departure, a handling fee of 30% of the ticket price will be deducted.
  3. For refunds applied more than 24 hours before the departure, a handling fee of 20% will be deducted.

The minimum handling fee is 10,000 Vietnamese dong, and the final refund amount is subject to the discretion of the station.


Ticket Rescheduling Rules:


The Vietnamese station system currently does not support ticket rescheduling. If your itinerary changes, please apply for a refund.
